RETURNS & REFUNDS
We take the upmost pride and care in everything we do at Whispering Lily, but if you do incur a problem with your order, please get in touch via email at email@example.com. We promise to get back to you as soon as possible.
If you wish to return an item, you are able to do so within 14 days of your delivery. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org in order to do so.
The goods need to be returned at your own cost and we would highly recommend obtaining a proof of postage or postage insurance. Please retain proof of despatch, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.
Please ensure that they are sent back in their original packaging, intact and in the same condition as you received them. Upon receipt and inspection we will process your refund.
If you receive faulty, or damaged goods please email us a photograph and request either a refund or a replacement within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
We do not accept returns for Fresh Wreaths, but if you do have any questions or concerns please email us at email@example.com.
